Staff were friendly and provided assistance. They were knowledgeable about the products, and gave me space. Did not hound me in an attempt to close a sale, but I felt attended to.

The advisor was knowledgeable and offered a drink. Upon advising i had back issues she offered to use the machine that chooses for me. I had tried one i like and thankfully it was on the list. I advised i would return with my husband and when we did she remembered me and that i had back issues which impressed me as it had been over a week since i had beem in-store.

Staff were very friendly and polite, with assisting me with what I wanted, there was no hassle just a lovely person

everything was excellent from stepping in the store to leaving the staff where great even when there where difficult customers in the store

I was served by a lady called Cheryl who was very helpfully and friendly, I would highly recommend anyone to come to there store to see Cheryl, I did not feel pressurised to buy the product or rushed and am very happy with the service I received.

Her and the team were very welcoming, knowledgeable, I wouldn't of spent the money on such a high value product without service, and be assured we received first class service. The customer service advisor we had was very friendly and knowledgable of the products, she spoke to my daughter as if she were a grown up (shes 5) the store was spotless and in general a very good experience

John who helped both me and my husband to pick a mattress was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly.
