My wife and I could not make a decision on a mattress and felt we needed to come back again to retry the mattresses we had narrowed it down to. The salesperson showed extreme patience and we will definitely see her when we go back to the store. It was a very friendly atmosphere with other sales people offering advice while we were in the store and we were even given a bottle of water.

Very professional and helpful

Katy and her male colleague were very helpful, we were purchasing this bed as my father has just had his leg amputated and sleeping arrangements at my parents home will have to change. Both Katy and her colleague were both fantastic, understood our needs, were compassionate and let us know which beds were available for a quick delivery.

A lovely big store to look around with plenty of choice. The assistant was such a pleasant lady and made clear to us all about the order and the delivery choices we had. This was our first visit to a Dreams store but we shall definitely be back in the future.

Knowledgeable and available staff. Pleasant and communicative without being overbearing or pushy. Offer of tea or coffee is a nice touch. Clear that working relationships between colleagues was pleasant and a nice working environment for them. Staff appeared happy at work and confident in the brand.
