Product knowledge of the customer service team was excellent. They were prepared to spend time with us , asking about our sleep needs and providing different pillows to test beds out.

I knew what I wanted and just asked, stating my needs. I was advised on the best products and chose my bed. I was VERY IMPRESSED by the manner of Lee-Ryan. He did not attempt to persuade me to buy a more expensive bed. His whole demeanour was the reason I bought from Dreams rather than shopping around - which is actually what I had planned to do.

Cheryl was excellent, she was very knowledgeable and she gave great advice. She wasn't pushy and gave us confidence that we were making a good decision for our children.

Customer service in the store very good , good range of beds to try,sales person didn't try to push us into buying, gave us plenty of time to browse

Very knowledgable, friendly staff who were helpful but not over bearing especially our server Ellie who went out her way to make sure we were happy. We were regularly advised to take as long as you needed to choose a mattress and did not feel rushed at all to make a decision there and then.

The assistant Cheryl was very helpful and knowledgable on the product information. Cheryl took the time to explain fully all of the products that we looked at and made sure that the product was right for us before we made the sale - she also took the time to explain in detail about the warranty and 40 day return process which was very helpful- all round we were very pleased with Cheryl’s attention to detail of her customer

Cheryl was absolutely fantastic she listened to what i was looking for and guided me to the products that i wanted.she took the time to not only help me place my order but to have a nice chat aswell and she is super lovely and i would definately like to speak with her on my next visit in store.10/10
