Dreams - Warrington

The staff were very nice we were under no pressure at any time Cheryl spent time explaining the different products available. We were offered a coffee when we arrived which was very nice and welcomed after walking around the shops. When we decided on the mattress we placed the order and we were offered the extended warranty which also included a very nice mattress cover an absolute bargain. also were offered the old mattress removal and recycle which was also very reasonable. All in all a great experience and can't wait for our new mattress to arrive

Both ladies worked together and invited us to use the sleep machine in store.whilst Cheryl was showing us the findings of the machine Ellie was looking to see how quick we could have the mattress delivered to our home.The service we recieved was excellent an asset to dreams and they knew there stuff well done ladies.
