The service we received from Cheryl was excellent - nothing was too much trouble. She explained the layout of the store, the options, offered her opinion and advice when needed but also allowed us time to browse and "try out" the mattresses. The order process was also easy and I have had to change the order from a Super-King to a King and this has also been dealt with efficiently and professionally. Overall a great experience. We did visit Bensons for Beds in Warrington and the service received here was dreadful and therefore you must be proud of the staff you have. I run my own business and customer service is everything and I can definitely say that the staff at Dreams exceeded my expecations. Best Regards Lisa

The staff were excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We didn't feel pressurised into buying or hassled by the staff at all. They were very understanding as we had our children with us.

Cheryl who works for the Warrington branch, made us feel very welcome, asked for hot drinks on arrival, didn’t feel pressured and her knowledge was exceptional, very polite, very profession and has patience. I would highly recommend this branch to family and friends currently from my experience today.

Katy the shop assistant helping me out gave me invaluable help and guidance. She was bright and bubbly, always available, close at hand but not hovering over me like in some shops. I never once felt pressured into buying anything. She spent time showing me different types of mattress' and explaining everything to me along with working with me on my must have's and want I didn't want. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Explaining that I could take as long as I needed. Refreshments were offered and I was made to feel most welcome and valued but never once pressured into ordering anything. I have walked out of shops for that very reason. She was Katy was the best ever assistant I have come across an asset to the shop and business -

Staff were so helpful and friendly and really listened and understood our needs. The product knowledge was brilliant and as it was boxing day and the store was so busy they even made us a coffee whilst we waited for an assistant to help us with our order, really positive shopping experience.
