The staff were very helpful, explained the difference between the products that we were interested in and encouraged us to take our time to try the products and at no time did we feel pressurised. They were then readily available to help us to process the order once we had decided.

We felt that the service that we received from Lee-Ryan in the Warrington store was exceptional. He was extremely polite, helpful and very knowledgable. We also felt that the other staff members were equally as polite and helpful. A lovely atmosphere and a team of staff that worked very well together. It was an absolute joy to visit the store and we will definitely be recommending dreams to friends.

Cheryl was really informative and offered us a drink while we use the test bed to see what mattress would be suitable and then help us to which beds would meet our needs she was very patient and caring and showed empathy to us a great experience and we will be returning soon for the next purchase fab service from start to completion thank you

The customer assistant Cheryl was very friendly, made us a cup of tea, gave us time to browse on our own but was available for questions and advice. There was a good range of products and a good explanation of how they differed.

the salesman lee ryan was so helpful and friendly explained everything and offered us a coffee no hard sell just explained everything about the products in the shop learned a lot about mattresses we didnt know top guy a credit ton the company
