Dreams - Warrington

This is the second time I have purchased a bed from Dreams and on both occasions the customer service has been excellent. The sales assistants couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly or professional.

because they were very friendly offered us a coffee and sorted the best bed for us and at the right price went in for a bed base and come out with a new oak bed chest of drawers and a bed side cupboard which was coming from germany and is only going to take 7 weeks but matches all the built in wardrobes already got good value for money

The sales assistant was very helpful she did not push for a sale allowed us to browse and was at hand whenever we had questions. The answers and product knowledge were of a high standard.

We come into the shop 10 minutes before it closes yet the lady dealing with us was friendly,polite and helpful.

The staff were very helpful with their knowledge of the products on sale and allowed you to try out things in your own time.

From the moment we walked into the store we were made to feel extremely welcome. The staff sat with us and talked us through the order and even made us a coffee.

We were served by Cheryl. She listened to our needs and helped us select the bed that would be best for us. Whilst placing the order, she also made us a cup of tea which was lovely. The entire staff made us feel very welcome
