We found Cheryl to be very genuine and knowledgeable She made us a drink and made us feel very comfortable We found her service excellent much better than the employee who took care of us last time in your Bolton store. Would definitely recommend to a friend based on service and price we paid and especially to go and see Cheryl at Warrington

The service we were provided with was excellent. The sales assistant was not intrusive but helpful and knowledgeable. The technology utilised in the store was informative and helped us understand our needs. The process was quick and simple

Chris the sales assistant was great during our visit to the Warrington store. He advised us on frames and mattresses and even pillows. We were initially overwhelmed by the choice but Chris explained the difference between the mattresses which helped us make a great decision! Highly recommended!

The assistant, Cheryl was very patient with us and explained everything clearly and was very helpful.

Helpful member of staff (Cheryl) who talked me through the beds/bed frames and gave me time to compare mattresses. Couldn’t have done more to help.

our salesperson clare, couldn't do enough for us, trying out the various beds and even pillows, we were undecided with a couple of choices, and spent 2 hours in the shop lol, anyway she helped with the choosing, hopefully it will be the right one, thanks again

There was plenty to choose from, we had been to quite a few other shops but did not like the constant attention, we prefer to browse and then ask for assistance if needed, Chris your representative approached us on entering the shop, he asked if we were ok and asked if we needed help we told him we were fine, he left us for ten minutes or so and then asked us again if we needed any help, by this time we had a few questions Chris answered them politely and we went on to purchase three items. Chris carried out the paperwork in a quick and effic6manner well done.
