Dreams - Warrington

The sale's assistant was very friendly and professional explained what kind of mattress we needed and recommended a few different choices for us to try out wasn't pushing us to buy and allowed us to chose the one we wanted the sale went very smoothly .

This is the second time we have visited Dreams at Junction 9, Warrington. Each time we were served by a highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly assistant, Ellis. She is a credit to your company and I have yet to find anyone else with such high standards. She was the reason we returned the second time and I was delighted to be served by her a again.

We were immediately offered the test to see which mattress suited us best. The kids were given colouring books, we were all offered drinks. Both Katy and Lee (store manager) were so helpful. We wanted to go away and discuss finances and did not feel at all pressurised into buying. We did return and purchased as felt very comfortable doing so.

I was Highly satisfied because we could browse looking at beds without team members on your back They was at hand when you needed them which is what I like when I'm shopping. Nice to look at your own leisure. Staff was very helpful . Very pleased

Assistant was courteous, friendly and helpful.

Ellis was very helpful and quick to ask us if we needed any help when we entered the store and showed us our options for what we wanted before we decided.

I found what I wanted and the assistant Cheryl was so helpful it was a pleasant time spent choosing my bed she was very helpful x

Cheryl delt with us very friendly ,made my wife & myself a coffee,did not pressure us and gave us time to look. I can’t fault the service Thanks Harry

From arriving in store Cheryl acknowledge us and guided us to use the sleep machine to test suitability of mattress. She then helped us with trying out the mattress and we easily came to a decesion. We were offered refreshments while we processed the order and were given a further discount of a free mattress collection. We also purchased new pillows and quilt with further advice from Cheryl. Overall, the customer experience was first class and didn’t take to long. Just waiting on delivery which is only a few days after purchase. Thanks
