The customer service I received was very helpful in that we were shown in detail all of the various Tempur matress and pillow types. I was made aware of sleep related aspects that I have never thought about before when it comes to bed and sleeping. The purchase was a smooth one and I was delighted with the speed of the tranasction and also the additonal help and after care offered.
