Great service great prices

Firstly will start with shop itself. Nice and bright , very clean and well laid out. Over the last couple of weeks I have visited the store a few times before making my final choice on Saturday. Each time approached by staff in a very polite professional manner who offered their services to me and my wife. John the store manager was extremely helpful , listened to what we wanted and guiding us accordingly. In fact after the first visit he remembered us in the following visit. Made us feel very valued. There was no rushing or pushing to purchase everything at a nice pace. His product knowledge excellent.

John took time to find out what we wanted and found something that suited our purpose. He was very friendly and helpful.

I went in and sat on a few beds until i found the perfect mattress for me, then Cheryl came over and asked if she could help, I asked her if I could get this mattress in 4 ft size, she said yes of course and went to check on delivery times for me, in the meantime she gave me a better pillow to try on the bed to double check it was definitely right for me, and it was. Overall it was so quick and easy to buy my mattress and Cheryl was so lovely and helpful.

I was looking for an ottoman bedspread and mattress. John showed me the new measuring machine and helped me with my selection as his product knowledge and advice were excellent. He was very friendly and helpful. I will be returning with my wife to try the mattress again to make sure she is happy with the one I like.
