All went well.

We were helped in our choice for the products we were looking to purchase, and we made our decision with assistance. Our purchase was successful.

I’d found a bed online, showed it to a staff member (Ellis) who was able to directs us straight to the bed itself to look at. We also were offered to try the machine for the best mattress for us which was the biggest help. Each time we were showed a different mattress we were given our own time to feel them and see how much we liked that. I can not fault the staff for their patience and understanding. I’m pregnant and money is looking tight, the staff here offered us the best deal and payment plan we could ever think of in order for us to be able to purchase the bed and mattress. This is something I am incredibly grateful for too! The store manager even came and made sure we were happy with our purchase which we thought was lovely. We never felt pressured and pushed into buying anything additional or anything at all. It was a great experience for something I was nervous about.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had an idea of what we wanted but needed advice and got that. We did look else where but came back to dreams as there offers were better as well as staff more helpful

John was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time and care to get to know what I wanted and to help me select. Im not quite ready to take the mattress but will be back very soon to order.

everything good only 2 week wait a pain

Chris ( the sales advisor ) was fantastic. His help and knowledge was amazing and he made you feel at ease and was NOT pushy in any instance. He was polite and his customer service levels were of an extremely high standard and was a credit to your company. The shop was very clean.

Cheryl was friendly but not pushy which I appreciated. The only negative was that the range of headboards and beds wasn't to my taste, but the mattress selection was great.

Cheryl was very knowledgable about all the beds and divans she showed me. More like an encyclopaedia..so helpful and chatty. Yet she listened to my requirements and found me all the relevant beds etc Fantastic
