The assistant (El) who served us, quickly understood what we wanted and as a consequence we were efficiently directed to a range appropriate products, which meant we did not waste any time. We feel thoroughly satisfied that El understood our needs and responded appropriately.

Friendly knowledgeable staff and the product I was look for was there to try out.

The whole unplanned visit to the Warrington store was a positive experience . We were greeted by the assistants who left us to browse . Lee [assistant] was friendly and very informative about the products. He didn't rush me + took his time going through my needs. I wasn't planning on purchasing that day but decided to due to the overall experience. We were offered beverages which was a nice touch although we did decline the offer. The store is bright + clean. I returned after the Bank Holiday to place my order for a bed frame,mattress + pillow. I did feel that the pillow is expensive but hopefully it will be worth it. Cheryl the assistant who took my order was again very friendly + welcoming.

The assistant that helped us was really knowledgeable and really helpful. She explained lots of options for us to decide from. Very impressed with the service.
