Super customer service. Chris showed us meaning of the coloured runners on the beds then asked us to use bed selector first then recommended bed according to the results, even offered us a brew.Didn’t understand pocket springs gel ect but Chris helped us every step of the was and was extremely helpful and patient.

Assistant was very helpful and welcoming she explained everything about the mattress e were looking for but also allowed us our privacy to decide if we would be purchasing that day or not really nice lady

Richard was extremely helpful and knowledgable about all the beds. He took our information from the very fancy machine that worked out which bed was best suited for us and found us suitable options. We were very happy with the style and comfort of the bed he helped us choose! We walked out very happy and excited with the bed we purchased!

Bob our sales assistant was so careful not to make any decisions for us or push us down a certain path. He guided us according to what we were telling him and he was very kind and patient with us and our children. He knew every answer to our questions and showed competence within his role at Dreams. He made the experience a real pleasure and because of this we will definitely return!

Fast and friendly service

We thought the mattress personalised survey was good. It meant we only had to try about 5 mattresses specific to our needs. Offered a hot drink from the start.
