Cheryl was amazing with us. She left us alone to look and was readily available if we needed anything. We were even offered drinks which was lovely. Cheryl also informed us of any offers and she wrote down all the information to help with our purchase. Highly recommend Dreams. Thank you

Friendly store who are not pushy on any way but very professional and knowledgeable. Our sales assistant Chris was a friendly and approachable member of the team and we would have no hesitation in recommending him Inpersonally spoke the store manager to advise them how good he was.

We were greeted by a friendly face and asked if we needed any assistance, after that the treatment was great. We sat on a bed that worked out our idea type of mattress and the assistant was so helpful we bought one of the mattresses recommended. A painless experience and not too pushy. I think her name was Toni. She gave us some great detail on the factory the mattress was bent mad at as well.

John was friendly and very approachable. He interacted with all of the family and was extremely pleasant.

Cheryl listened to what we were looking for. Suggested that we used the new technology which surprisingly suggested something else. However we tried the suggested beds and did not feel pressurised to make a purchase nor did we feel we were being led to the most expensive item. We found about side sleeper pillows while trying out the beds which we also bought. I feel that I have paid a fair price and look forward to trying out our new mattress. The 40 nights trial is also a bonus. Plus they will take away our old mattress for a fee.

John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the beds and once he had shown us the recommended beds left us to choose by ourselves. He did not try to push us towards any particular bed. Once we had chosen the mattress we wanted he took payment and talked us through delivery and guarantees and even offered us a drink. He was a very nice man. I would highly recommend to my friends and family.
