We were extremely looked after during our visit to the Dreams store. Chris was very helpful and made sure he understood all of our needs and preferences. He was very knowledgeable and made the whole process quick and easy. Our experience was very good and we’d definitely recommend the store to others.

The staff Chris and John (the manager) gave exceptional customer service with no pressure. I felt at ease with them both, no hard sell just genuine product knowledge and a willingness to ensure all my requirements were met. I would not hesitate to recommend this store in particular to others.

We went to the store to purchase a bed and mattress, the choice nowadays is bewildering. Katy was very helpful and managed to answer all the questions we had with no pressure to buy one bed or the other. We were also offered water and a hot drink which you don't get much these days.

Loved the sleep match system makes sense as most people have no idea on what they really need. I moved from medium to firm. It was the right thing to do, probably knew in my mind but was glad I had assistance to make a better choice. Good delivery on my product don't mind £10 for Saturday delivery. And you take away the old one again reasonable fee.
