The staff were friendly and very helpful. Talked us through everything I asked.

We managed to get an excellent deal with the staff being very helpful even after we said we were still looking in other shops to find something we like, they still gave us plenty of time and made it easy for us to understand

Cheryl was great, she spent lots of time explaining the mattresses to me, I felt happy to buy the bed. I thought it would have been better not to have to pay the men to assemble the bed and remove packaging, thought it should be included in the price. but really very happy generally

Great help finding the right deal

The Sales Assistant, Chris, took time to go through all of the options and relative quality of the products. He was professional but also very pleasant and engaging. We even took a bed analysis whilst Chris went off to make us a brew. Excellent knowledge and a good range of products to review. It was a nice experience all round, thanks guys.
