Went looking for a single mattress not sure what I wanted the the assistant shown us some to take away & tried one in store

Even though my purchase was only small I was treated like a very valued customer by both the manager and the assistant manager

I told the sales assistant (Katy) what I was looking for and she really listened. She recommended taking the test on the machine bed which analysed how you sleep and then explained the results clearly and showed me the most suitable products using an appropriate tester pillow too. There was never any pressure to choose which bed straight away. When I returned later that day to purchase the bed the process was very straightforward and simple. I would definitely recommend to a friend, the quality of service and product is excellent for the price paid.
