We recently visited your warrington store and Chris was so helpful and friendly. He did everything he could to meet our requests and was very knowledgable about the products. We will definitely be returning to this store and will highly recommend to friends and family.

Made two visits to the Warrington branch on Junction Nine Retail Park. Great service on both visits. Very knowledgeable sales team. Never felt under pressure to buy and where given ample time to test the recommended mattresses from the Sleep Match system. John, branch manager was excellent as was Kerry ? the other team member. Plenty of helpful advice. Delivery of our new mattress went like clockwork too. Very pleased with the overall Dreams experience. Many Thanks !.

Cheryl our assistant was super helpful and really listened to what I needed due to my pregnancy. She listened in regards to both comfort and value and came across as warm, knowledgeable, professional and friendly with nothing too much trouble. We were so impressed with every aspect of the service that we will be back next year for our little girls new big bed. I would also like thanks passed onto Cheryl for making what I usually find a stressful experience into a positive one. Fantastic member of the staff who you should be proud of. Thank you !
