Chris was very knowledgeable about all of the products available and what would be best for my needs. He was understanding about my indecisiveness and changing of my mind regarding fabrics and colours.

Great person, helped with what we needed. Gave us a bottle of water too

Lee Ryan who attended to us was brilliant. His lovely manner, knowledge of all the products and his professionalism was superb. I would certainly recommend Dreams if this is your standard of customer service as I thought he was excellent and I have high standards when it comes to customer service.

The female assistant was receptive to our needs - talked is through the products - didn’t rush us to make a decision and guided us through the purchase

We had previously been into the Warrington store on Winwick road and was really happy with the service we got from Lee - Ryan. He was extremely informative on all products and listened to everything we were looking for. He was also really nice towards our children (as you can imagine a 5 and 2 year old do not find bed shopping fun). After finding the right mattress and a bed frame we liked we did have to go and measure up to ensure it would fit. We felt no pressure to purchase there and then which we really liked. We returned to the same store the following week to see Lee -Ryan again. Once again he was really nice, easy to approach, remembered us and helped with our final questions. We are more than happy with the service we received from Lee and the interaction from all other members in the store. Thank you very much : ) Kate and Will

Easy to understand colour codes for different mattresses explained by the sales assistant. Also explained the difference between the 2 bases we were looking at and the options/colours available.

As soon as I walked through the door there was no pressure. I was approached if I needed anything and asked if I could be helped at all. Chris asked if I wished to use the sleep match machine which I was impressed with and then he showed me all of the ones that were recommended. I went in with a budget in mind and I wasn't shown any expensive mattresses that were out of my price range which usually happens and I picked one which was within my price range and am very happy with.

Very knowledgeable and courteous staff without being pushy. Good advice, order placed easily, good availability for delivery. Seemed very reasonably priced as I had researched a number of websites and shops.
