When approaching closing time Cheryl the assistant did not usher us out of the store, but continued to serve us printing off quotes and giving us verbal information on the beds for a considerable amount of time. Over the bank holiday I phoned to see if there where any offers on the bed we had selected as we where going to spend over 3000.00 and spoke to John the Manager who was polite and courteous and provided me with the information I required. The whole experience from the moment we went into the store and after the purchase of the bed was fantastic, brilliant store and the Manager and all the staff are wonderful could not have asked for more. Well done you are a brilliant team

very happy with the service from John (Warrington shop A49) he was very good giving advice to myself the mattress I was looking at he was showing me others that where as good in quality but cheaper in price left to test the different beds and the I decided on the Therapur Actigel Rej 2200 D ONLY TIME WILL TELL WHEN I HAVE RECEIVED THE MATTRESS HOW COMFORTABLE IT IS.

The assistant, Lee Ryan was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and we used the in store computer to analyse our choices of mattress. He took a lot of time explaining the differences between the mattresses and also let us select the type we would like talking between ourselves. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

The assistant spent time with us understanding our requirements and assisted us in choosing the right mattress’s for our needs. We did not feel pressured and we were given time to decide between the mattresses we had whittled it down to. No hard pressure sales which makes everyone feel much relaxed. Very happy and satisfied with our purchase and looking forward to it being delivered.
