Dreams - Warrington

We have bought from dreams previously and know we can expect excellent service.

John the store manager was available as soon as we walked into the store and he was very friendly and helpful, he recommended the right type of mattress for us follow a mattress scanner. result were he recommended a number of mattresses that were suitable for us and talked us through each one, we were not rushed into making are purchase.

We went into the Warrington store to purchase 2 new mattresses. We were attended to by Lee.Ryan He was polite, professional, helpful and very friendly. Initially leaving us to browse a section of beds. He then explained how the Sleepmatch bed worked and we both used it. We eveñ had a nice coffee. Lee then took us around all the mattresses that we matched with and again provided more valuable information before we chose our Hyde& Sleep Hybrid mattresses. He took us through the purchasing process and booked the delivery,explaining everything very clearly. We were both really impressed with Lee who is a credit to Dreams.

Well informed and friendly staff, no pressure to purchase

We found the assistant to be very helpful without being an overpowering sales person. She was helpful and then gave us time to think about what we wanted. Also we thought the beds that diagnosed suitable mattresses was very useful.

We visited the speke store and Ella greeted us and dealt with our questions. She was so friendly and helpful, gave us a lot of useful information and plenty of time to try things out in our sleeping positions. We used the sleep station and tried out the beds available in store. However with speke being a small store we decided to venture to Warrington the next day. Yet again we recieved a friendly welcome, lots of help and useful information from Cheryl and Lee who were professional and didnt pressurise us to make a purchase. We were made a cup of tea and took our time before deciding to make a purchase. The whole process was a positive one; all staff were friendly and helpful, genuinely wanting us to make the right decision for us not just spend money. Everything was explained thoroughly and we decided to take out the aftercare policy also. The experience was a whole world away from experiences in other stores and we have already told friends to shop at dreams if the want to be dealt with by excellent friendly staff and provided with brilliant customer care.
