When we entered the shop we were greeted by John the manager who was very friendly. He offered us a drink and couldn’t be anymore helpful. I asked about a mattress that would be good for my back as I had a crash & John offered us the sleep match machine which was very helpful. John had a lot of knowledge about the products in store which built my confidence in him. When I was trying out the mattresses John picked up they I sleep on my side and offered my a side sleeper pillow to test out & explained this product to me. Nothing was too much & he was very patient as I had my 18 month old baby with me. His colleague even got out a colouring book and pencils which kept my child entertained which was a lovely touch as I didn’t feel under pressure or judged for him crying. I will definitely be recommending the store and the colleagues as they weren’t pushy and were extremely helpful & happy to help with any questions and put me at ease. I’ve never experienced this before.

We dealt with Katy who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the range of products on offer. She understood our needs and was very professional.

two things make a company, one ) good products - tick you passed, 2) Good knowledgeable front of office colleagues- Tick passed with top marks. , Lee Ryan, in yor Warrington store what an excellent member of you team, polite courteous, extremely helpful but not over pressuring, Very friendly and made the investigation into and the purchase of a new bed extremely pleasurable. I would absolutely recommend the store and your college for sure.

I was looked after by Lee Ryan all the time i was in Dreams at Warrington retail park his knowledge and help was amazing he answered all my questions and didn't rush me he is an asset to your company and dedicated to his job he give 100% the other staff and manager of the store made me feel very welcome and relaxed which is what you want when shopping and making a decision top marks Dreams would recommend you to friends and family

The friendliness of the assistants, especially the man who dealt with us(sorry, didnt catch his name) was fantastic. His knowledge and belief in your beds was brilliant. Its worth mentioning that he made a fact of not selling us the most expensive or latest ideas but took time to understand our needs and budget. The service of building the frame was a added bonus and reasonable priced also a great bonus is that they take your old bed away, the whole expierance was effortless so much so we will be returning for out new bed Thankyou

We visited dreams 2 times, first one was almost 3 months ago and other was last week, we bought mattress each visits. We really love the quality Also at the first tine a gentlemen ( i supposed he is the manager, he is old a litrle) was explained the products detailly, patiently answer our questions and he is really kind.At the second time, there is a very kind women and young men,the women was friendly kind and knows what she sold, she and the young men were really helped us, thank you all of them
