My wife and myself both have health issues which would impact on our purchase.Chris was very understanding and helpful by showing us all the mattresses recommended for us by the technology available. Giving us the opportunity to try all of them not just the most expensive. He also gave us enough space to discuss privately how we felt but was close enough if we had any questions. He also gave us a pillow each to try which he felt would be best for us.

Cheryl at the warrington dreams store was very helpful and took us through a range of options regarding price and comfort. She was very knowledgable on the beds.

Everyone was incredibly helpful throughout our visit and subsequent purchase-the cup of tea was most welcome! Lee was excellent-knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and processed our order smoothly. Would definitely recommend this store!

It’s been a few years since we made our last purchase of a bed, and we were pleasantly satisfied with the way shops have machines that work out you sleeping preference, that helps the customer see a bigger choice and variety of products. The sales person Chris was very helpful made us feel wanted and welcome by making us a drink whilst we browsed the range of beds that were on display.
