We received extremely prompt and professional assistance from Toni, who helped us through the process of selecting the right mattress for us and gave valuable advice. It took the guessing out of this expensive purchase so that we left feeling that we had made the right choice. Placing the order was quick and Toni clearly knew her way around the products, systems and lead times. We would have liked delivery sooner, but as our choice was made to order delay couldn't be avoided. We would definitely shop at Dreams again.

Made it very easy to buy the mattress. I wasn’t really looking to buy that day, but the salesman was pleasant and efficient. Pointed us in the right direction and assured me the mattress my daughter chose was very good value for money.
