We visited the store on Friday to try and find a suitable mattress. We were greeted by Cheryl shortly after entering the store who listed to our queries and suggested we use the sleep match machine. She then took the time to guide us through each different mattress suggested and left us sufficient time to review each and to ultimately decide on the right one for us. Whilst doing this she also spoke to other customers in the store but then returned to us to check how we were so we never felt neglected.

From start to finish I received friendly helpful service.
