Chris was fantastic. As soon as we entered the store he came over to explain the system to us and suggested using the sleep match machine. He set it up, offered us refreshments and even entertainment for my 3 year old lad. Then he took us efficiently to all the recommended mattresses gave us time, offered different pillows. Then went through the different bases and storage options. It was altogether a very pleasant experience.

Staff explained all our options once we had told them what we were looking for, showed us all the different combinations, while we were given a cuppa we tried the automated bed system and picked out what we wanted. Staff were friendly and helpful and not in our faces. It was an all round good experience.
