I was looking for a new bed. I walked in to the store & found a bed had been reduced to clear by over &500! I snapped it up straight away & the staff were very helpful & friendly Great result! Thank you!

Colleague was really friendly and we appreciated that she went round with us and told us what mattresses suited us. I liked being offered a hot drink. She answered all our queries. We enjoyed the sleep match machine. Husband has a walking disability and had a little boy in a pram so we appreciated that there is a lift to go upstairs.

Our salesman, Lee was good. He set up the sleep machine and then helped us use the results to find suitable mattress.

We have purchased a bed and mattress a few months ago and had great service and we love it so decided to purchase another matress for the guest bedroom too

Toni was very helpful and informative. Didn't pressure us into buying anything. Gave us time and space to try beds out. Offered us drinks immediately. Good knowledge of bed information

Toni, the sales associate was completely professional and welcoming with 0 high pressure answered all the questions. allowed me to take my time, offered alternative suggestions. the range available was superb. Finance options provided and well explained could not be easier to get the deal that was right for me

All the staff were highly knowledgable of the products and extremely friendly in their approach. Most importantly, they did not apply any pressure to try and make a sale but allowed us to consider all the information they provided us with to consider our best option. When we had reached a decision they were extremely efficient in completing the sale and arranging the delivery. I could not compliment them more highly.

Very welcoming fantastic knowledge of products and listened to me regarding what I needed . Loved the technology available to fit you to the correct mattress and was shown all the mattress that were suitable for us, I was then allowed to browse and not feel any pressure or fast selling .Lee Ryan was the person who served me very welcoming.

Mainly due to the professional expertise and knowledge of the product given by Christopher. He also was able to offer advice on particular products in relation to the management of the pain I experience in my lower back and legs. We, my husband and I, felt that he is a valuable asset to the company and would recommend him and Dreams to other people we know who also experience pain in their spine and legs who need a new bed.
