ROBERT helped us throughout our visit, from explaining and using the measuring system to showing us around the store, pointing out all the different beds that fitted our measurements. He explained everything really well, helped us with the selection of pillows which were as important as the mattress. He was great throughout the process and certainly was a factor in our decision to choose Dreams to supply our new complete bed. Thanks Robert.

The staff who helped us were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The computerised assessment was very useful and gave us confidence that we knew what sort of mattress we needed. There was no pressure to buy (and the cup of tea was much appreciated). Delivery was efficient and in the time frame specified. Very impressed!

Polite in conversation whilst we ordered and made the whole process very efficient. People always make time to complain but never make to effort to acknowledge great service. We met a very nice sales assistant called Toni who was excellent with her advice and product knowledge and had plenty of time to describe the products and help us decide.

Chris was welcoming and knowledgeable about the products in store. He took the time to talk to us and understand our needs, as well as using the mattress finder tool to help narrow down our search. Chris was able to show us beds we didn’t know we were able to get and showed us options we had not considered. He allowed us time to browse by ourselves and was not pushy or forceful as we have found other sales advisors in different bed stores to be. Overall a great experience, thank you!
