Very friendly staff, we had a nice cup of tea made for us too. Very helpful it was boxing day so it was nice to be welcomed and help with finding a bed in the sale.

The store was immaculate and the choice of products excellent. Sales personnel both professional, welcoming and friendly.

Toni was very quick to ask about my visit and my needs, she then offered me a drink and ensured me that she'd be available to help anyway that she could. Very quickly found what I was looking for, happy with the price (the additional pillows too) and the bed will be delivered very soon!

The sales person a young guy called Christipher at the Warrington store was excellent i. Both professional and friendly with good product knowledge. He was attentive without being pushy and gave us a lot of time and space to make what was an important and expensive decision for us.

Great service, we were offered a cuppa upon arrival, and at no times did we experience any pressure, sales staff were very knowledgable of the product range!

We came into store was welcomed and explained that beds was also upstairs if we needed to look. Was just told to let them know if we needed anything and left to look in peace. As soon as we had a look around everywhere Cheryl came to check we was ok and spoke to us about the 2 beds we was interested in and we made our mind up with her. She took us to choose the correct mattress on the machine then walked us round with some pillows and tried the firmness we was recommended. Explained the benefits of the different types of mattresses and we decided to go with the memory foam also opting to purchase 2 of the tempur pillows we had been using to try the mattress. Cheryl was lovely taking us through the steps for delivery and letting us know our options for the bed being built and insurances. Would highly recommend anyone going to this store to purchase a new bed and will certainly be back ourselves in the new year when we are ready to replace my sons bedroom furniture.

We were given attention within a couple of minutes of arriving in store. Lee spent the time finding out what we needed and didn't rush us despite the fact that the store was about to close.
