Christopher explained the options of the type of bed we were looking for in a polite professional manner, he left us to view and told us he is available if required if we had any questions etc. Christopher was busy when we had made our minds up. Al young lady (sorry didn't get her name) dealt with our order and assisted with delivery dates etc,at no time did my wife and I feel under pressure to buy and my wife and I left the store very happy with our visit
