Great customer service, knowledge of the available items where vast. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The Warrington shop is immaculate, I was surprised how 'unmarked' and clean the trial pillows and beds we were given to try were. Our assistant Cheryl wasn't pushy in any way, which I find an instant reason to leave a shop. Instead she gave us useful information about each mattress that had been suited to us on the sleep match bed. Cheryl asked us about our current bed and about any joint pains we may have.. which we do! Cheryl told us about the construction and materials used in each mattress, which was a prime factor in both of our choices one which used natural materials. Cheryl was very polite, extremely knowledgeable and served us with a smile, she didn't rush us and overall provided excellent customer service on her part.

We arrived and cheryl was there to help us. She set us up on the machine which was a great help as my husband and I thought we would need a different firmness than the one we purchased. Cheryl stayed with us and then helped show us around the mattresses that we matched with. Without Cheryls help we would have purchased the wrong mattress. She made the ordering process very easy and we even ended up leaving with a new pillow for my husband.

Very attentive & knowledgable staff, we were offered a drink on a couple of occasions. Overall the service we received was excellent, the price we received was also very good.

Toni was a lovely patient sales assistant. She helped us to decide our perfect mattress and was very knowledgeable about the different range of mattresses available.
