Extremely helpful staff, good prices and product. Apart from a small delay in sourcing the required mattress I can't fault the hopping experience.

I used the dreams sleep match which was really helpful at narrowing down my options. Staff were really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Lee spent a lot of time going through the different mattresses, giving me all the information about them from memory. He gave me time to try each properly I wasn’t rushed I felt like I was the only thing that mattered. Lee didn’t push the more expensive products on me, he didn’t push any products on me which is so different from other shops. I spent a lot more than I wanted to but I know that it’s worth it and I wasn’t pressured in any way so I don’t have any negative feelings about my experience only positive. I can’t wait for my new mattress to be delivered.

Attended too quickly on arrival by Cheryl who gave us her full attention right thro' the purchasing process. Her product knowledge was very helpful & interpersonal skills pleasing. Offering us coffee was also a nice touch. She was able to show us all the mattresses we had shortlisted & talk thro' the various differences & similarities. We used the "Sleepmatch" programme to assess our most suitable mattress type etc. which was integral in making our final decision. Finally with her input we think we were able to chose the best mattress & base within our price range & we left the store happy that we had got the best bed/mattress combination we could afford!
