Excellent service

We went in to browse the bed and try them out The manager approached us offered us a drink and offered to help if we required any help after trying the beds we where offered the bed testing machine he happily explained what it would do and how it would work He then showed us the beds it recommended and we again tried them out He explained how a bed was made and the construction We chose a flaxby mattress

Even though the shop was very busy we still received a personal service. Thank you to the assistant Cheryl who helped us.

Very helpful and attentive young lady, nothing to much trouble.

We used the sleep match and then were given pillows and shown to the mattresses that were recommended. Given lots of advice and plenty of time to try out mattresses were even given a cup a tea. We selected the products that we wanted but needed to check the colour so we left the store with a list of what we had chosen. At no time were we given the ‘hard sell’ and we were able to take our time and took a few days of thinking before returning to the store to place our order.

Could not fault any aspect of our experience

We were able to look around the shop without being hassled. Cheryl just said if there was anything she could help with then just ask her. We like shopping like this. Being able to look around first, then asking for help when needed. We spotted what we wanted, went to Cheryl , and she ordered it . She was very efficient and friendly.

We knew what we wanted in general but not specifically. Toni helped us to make decisions and provided all the information and provided excellent customer service, without putting pressure on us to decide. We actually visited the day before and went home to measure our room. We did not feel obliged to return and were given phone numbers to call if we needed further information about our quote. We are not local and had only called in as we were passing, but due to her customer service we drove all thee way back again the next day to make the order and didn't bother to look at any other bed shops. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Thank you all
