Lots of informative help on such a big decision, spending a lot of money on a bed that will hopefully help us get a better night's sleep

Upon entering the store it was quite overwhelming as there were so many products. However, upon us approaching Cheryl for guidance she immediately took us to the sleep assessment bed to help inform our shopping. Cheryl then guided us to each product and made the experience much better and less time consuming, which I’m sure my partner was thrilled about! Over the coming days Cheryl spoke with us over the phone and in store again, patient every time and not using a pushy sales approach.

Very friendly staff and really easy to buy what I wanted

On request we were shown to the items we wanted to look at. After a brief introduction to the products we were left in peace to continue looking at them and try them out. On returning the next day we were again left in peace to continue looking at and measuring up the products. Once we had decided to buy, the purchase was handled quickly and efficiently.

Our assistant, Chris, was very knowledgeable, listened to our needs, ascertained a range of different price point mattresses that suited our requirements and gave us the info we needed to make our decision without being pushy. I myself have been a sales professional for many years, and I was impressed.

Katy was very helpful, we told her what we were looking for, and she showed us the options that was available We also did the tried out the sleep test mattress to help us decide, which we were both very impressed with
