Dreams - Warrington

I dealt with two ladies from dreams in warrington (Toni and Cheryl). They were both superb. Being diasbled i needed a lot of help and they were Very knowledgeable of all aspects of the beds from the frames, headbaords to the matress. Also got a nice cup of tea :-D Would highly recommend. Thank you

Staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy. Plenty of choice of products. Not rushed into making a purchase.

Toni was really helpful, showed us all the beds that were available and really explained our options well. She was clear and concise and very friendly. We didnt feel any hard sell, but we did feel very encouraged to use your store because of her helpful openness. The beds were good and we had a few to choose from.

The colleague was attentive of my needs, help me build a package when I knew very little and was able to reassure me with honest advice

We were looked after by Lee throughout our visit, and we were able to try many different mattresses to ensure we made the correct choice. We were also left alone to chose the right bed frame in our own time.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, but also left me to look round the store
