The assistance was great. We were given guidance on the choice of mattress that was suitable for our sleeping situation and well looked after.

Listened to our needs, weren’t pushy and suggested a couple of different options.

Although the bed frame I wanted wasn’t available I met Toni one of the customer service advisors who was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She discussed some other products that could be an option for my needs and I found a bed I really liked and bought it. The customer service was outstanding and Toni really helped me select the right bed for me she is a great asset to the store in Warrington.

Katie was very helpful without being "pushy". She had a very thorough understanding of the prroducts. She asked us to use the Sleep model and came up with 5 recommendations. She invited us to try them all. Very professional and friendly all round. Will definitely return for another bed when required.
