Wanted to replace temper pillow uncomfortable but due to soft item dreams refused I have packaging I wanted exchange item.

We had explained we wanted a full Ottoman storage bed, and preferred the Ashridge mattress. The assistant 'helpfully' explained the Ashridge divan came as an Ottoman the same as others she'd showed us instore. We nearly ordered it there & then but decided to wait & think about it. When we went to order it online at home, the picture clearly shows it's only a half ottoman, so we had to back AGAIN to look for a suitable base which was really annoying, but only slightly better than buying the wrong thing and having it delivered.

I was satisfied and don't know why you are saying I am not
