I would have liked to have been shown more pocket srung mattresses as I expressed a concern over the combination mattresses. We came away with a combination mattress, but I'm now concerned that had we been shown more pocket sprung mattresses I may have felt they were better and I may have come away with one of those instead

Store was a little cluttered as they had an unexpected delivery.

We went in twice and both times the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the second time when we went in to purchase the mattress we had to wait a while to be served as there was only one member of staff in the shop. This wasn't his fault - he was very friendly and helpful but more staff would have made our visit quicker.

I am 'Satisfied' everything seems very good so far. I am waiting to get the mattress at the moment so will know more soon!!

Info on pos for materress was almost nonexistent

no real reason, we consider our experience satisfactory there was nothing extradinary we would make us feel the sales person went overboard to make us super satisfiy
