I would never be highly satisfied

Just wasn't many staff available in the shop at the time,due to sickness.

I was satisfied with everything I saw and the assistants were very helpful. As I had no cause to go into the cleanliness of the store in detail, I could only assess what I saw.

I'm disappointed with your website as I feel it's misleading. We visited the store to try out the mattress and look at bed heads. We then went home to measure and thought we would buy online. However, we chose the bed based on the picture, size our storage believing it included the bed head only to find out when reading small print it doesn't. If the bed head is separate, you should have the option to choose size, storage & bedhead. It put a downer on the overall experience and this is the 2nd bed we have bought in 3 moths from you guys👎🏻

I think I'd have preferred more time to browse myself before being offered help. That's just a personal preference of mine.

It is my first visit and it is not easy to say that you are highly satisfied.

Wanted to spread the cost and pay in monthly instalments - but both of us were refused with no explanation. :-(

The shop had just been refurbished I think and it was a mess. Charlie didn't know where items were as they had been moved. I guess it was bad timing on our part but I wouldn't expect a shop to be like that on a Saturday particularly.
