No specific issues. Delivery lead time could be quicker

Parking space not available and we couldn't find many medium matresses to try

All retailers,whether they sell eggs or engines are required to have product knowledge,be polite,and to treat the customer as they themselves wish to be treated....so your service was as it should have been,and nothing less...or more...

You look,you find what you want then buy to your needs. Job done.

Lance, the saleperson was amazing and very friendly and helpful. However whilst I was talking to him, the Area Manager walked in and was very rude to Lance infront of me. He was totally oblivious to the fact that a customer was in the store. He was stomping around, asking questions to Lance while Lance was trying to sell me the bed! If Lance was not so nice, I would have definitely walked out of the store and not bought my bed from Dreams. I fed this back to Lance and the area manager did call me later in the day to apologise. However I did not feel his apology was very good. He said he had a personal problem which he had brought into work which was fine and I accept but then he didn't really say anything else. The call felt a bit forced. I felt very sorry for Lance but he did well to maintain a good relationship with me the customer. Dreams - someone needs to have a word with him. Lance was fab though.

The sales assistant was great - but could see some of the new products were not know to him so was struggling with explaining them.

The price was way above the amount we had planned to spend.

Friendly staff. Good range of beds viewed and purchased.
