Being highly satisfied is asking a lot , just being satisfied and having a shop to go into to see the product is brilliant. Rather than buying on line ,then moaning that shops are shutting down on our highstreets..

We were served by a team member who seemed to be serving multiple couple whilst there was several members of staff who appeared to not be serving any one! We were very happy with the service we received from the gentleman who served us, I just feel his colleagues could have been more helpful to him!

Overall the service was satisfactory, however, the sales person was too quick to deal with general needs. My wife and I are both in our 90s and require time to absorb info. Time is of the essence when deciding on this type of article

Good day. My son and myself visited your store in Walton on Thames looking to purchase two beds (or mattresses). We were assisted by the manager Lance. Initially his focus was on a better sale however it was appreciated that he wasn't pushy after expressing the need to deliberate. Other than the before mentioned he was friendly and answered our queries satisfactory.
