I received no more or less service levels that I would have expected, therefore whilst I was satisfied, I do not think it would have been rated as highly satisfied, I think the rating and options on this survey for satisfaction are not conducive for giving the staff the praise they deserve as they do everything they would be expected to do, and therefore everyone should leave satisfied, however, you are asking for satisfaction with products etc., however as this is a purchase that will take a long time to discover the satisfaction of the product it is an unfair question and will lower the tore and individuals performance overall.

Delivery too long

Would've expected larger discounts on my purchase due to the fact advertising was saying up to 60% off

I felt that the beds were quite expensive compared to competitors stores but we needed to purchase quickly from a local store

Stores has some offers which are not same as online They are not linked So l had to call each store for answer
