Jasmine the sales advisor was very polite and professional.

The service was excellent and my order was dealt with very efficiently.

We were served by Joshua, who had excellent product knowledge, listened carefully to our needs and gave us the time and space to try all of the beds without feeling pressured, but was always on hand to answer our questions.

Guidance was givent to us without having to ask, I was in with my Aunt and we were given the choice of colours, fabrics and style's all at a good price. I had been elsewhere but the service in this store had been the best. Service with a smile is always lovely and was appreciated!

Purchased from Dreams in the past so was confident in returning. Sales staff answered all my questions. Spent a good half hour with me, they didn't rush me or make me feel like I was monopolising them or being a nuisance. I didn't feel pressured into making a hasty decision. They were knowledgeable on the subject and able to make suggestions when I was a little unsure about my needs. Am hoping that the decision to purchase from you again proves justified.
