Speed of service and knowledge of products very good, got exactly what I wanted with minimal fuss.

I visited the shop in Walton a few times and made the final decision after comparing some other products in the market. So I am happy with my purchase and cannot wait to have the mattress delivered.

We were really pleased with advice from Jade. She normally works in the Fulham store, but was working in Walton on that day. She was very knowledgeable. But also gave us time on our own to make our own decisions.

I went to the Walton on Thames branch. The showroom itself was so hot and uncomfortable. Yasmine was the only person working. I felt sorry for her in the showroom with no air con and dealing very professionally with all the customers in the shop. I didn't mind waiting and I could see she was dealing with an old couple and she was very good, patient and understanding with them. When she had taken the order from the couple, she came over to help me. She politely apologised for keeping me waiting, but I was fine with it. She listened to my requirements and her knowledge was amazing. I was shown a full range of products that met my criteria and she patiently answered all my questions. She was brilliant and made me feel at ease and totally unpressurised. I decided on a bed and mattress and she was very efficient with the order taking and explanations of the process. I cannot fault her and would definitely recommend her to my friends. The only thing that I would challenge is why do "Dreams" think that it is acceptable to have only one person in such a large showroom without aircon?? She deserves a medal for working in those conditions. She didn't complain once.

I was satisfied with the Dreams experience because had used them before and this time I had looked around at what other stores were selling for similar product and what price they were charging and realised I still got the better deal at Dreams.

Recieved great customer service, josh has listen to what we're looking for gave some options and let us have time to browse and try the options whilst giving us some good tips on when purchasing a mattress He had good product knowledge and fantastic customer service skills. Very happy with our purchase and service overall we recieved
