Customer service was geart, friendly staff

New assistant very helpful - a few points clarified by his colleague. We could not see the two tone bedhead that we had seen online but ordered it anyway

The member of staff was friendly, knowledgable and helped to entertain my daughter while my husband and I tried out all the mattresses. This meant we could take our time to make the right decision so we are happy with our choice as there was a Huge range of products.

As soon as I went in there was a very smiley friendly lady who offered help but did not pressurise me and let me browse. I then asked for her assistance and she was very helpful as I was a bit confused with making my choice as there were so many beds

The colleague was very friendly and helpful and new a lot about the products and made me feel confident.

The staff were helpful but not intrusive. We were able to make our choices and the assistant was courteous and helpful when we ordered the bed and mattress

The store manager was very approachable and considered our needs before showing us the beds and mattress combinations. He was considerate to other customers especially as he was on his own at the time and made sure everyone felt acknowledged. He dealt with the purchases with professionalism and with humour making the transaction enjoyable.

We visited the store on 2 occasions. The first visit a lovely lady was most helpful and efficient. On the next visit a man in the store complimented all of what the previous lady had helped with and was easy to talk to and wrapped up our customer experience well.
