After my first trip to a Dreams store, I was left having experienced five star customer service and a bed that met my specific needs. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and gave some great insight on the importance of buying a quality product. She asked good questions and ensured I bought the most suitable bed. Being able to look and sit on a variety of beds also proved to be really helpful and resulted in a change from my original preference. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations and I will return to Dreams for my next bed when the time comes.

The salesman Charles was very helpful, had good knowledge of the products and was efficient.

I was very happy with the assistance we received from the sales assistant Charlie. We had gone in just to have a look around and get an idea of what we may like to buy in the near future. However due to the knowledgable, friendly and very professional attitude of Charlie, we decided to buy then and there!

Charlie (code b190) was friendly but didn't hassle us. He provided pillows when we were trying the mattress. He recommended your mattress protector but didn't push me to buy the most expensive one and the manager gave me a discount on the delivery charge. I was kept up to date with details regarding delivery via text. The delivery guy phoned me on the morning of delivery and arrived with the goods within the agreed 2 hour slot. Very friendly delivery guys who took away the old mattress and put the new mattress on in about 10 mins. It's a pity other companies don't provide such excellent customer service.

A very friendly welcome by the assistant who gave us space when needed on deciding which bed to purchase and a good balance of knowledge and not pushing us to buy a product. Other staff were friendly ️and it felt a nice atmosphere between colleagues in the store . We had our daughter and grandson with us ️️an they were made to feel most welcome too a rarity in some shops !

Going into a store not knowing exactly what I wanted and leaving with exactly what I needed, shows just how good the staffs knowledge of their products. At no time did I feel pressured to buy any particular product.
