The person that helped was great and very patient

Charlie was on his own (no assistant or branch manager) at time of visit. He was extremely knowledgable about the product range. While assisting us he checked with other visitors to the store without unnecessarily delaying our transaction. Actually he was pretty impressive. Makes you wish all shopping experiences should be so easy and pleasant! The store had recently had a 'paint job' and was bright clean and welcoming.

Charlie at Walton on Thames store extremely helpful despite being entirely alone manning the shop. He spent time with us and explained his situation to waiting customers politely - I hope they did go back after their next appointment. His knowledge of the products was extensive. He needs help though - and quickly if he is to continue doing his job so efficiently and expertly.

Quick efficient service

We were keen to find the right product for a quick delivery. Our product knowledge was poor - we just knew what we thought felt 'comfortable'. It was good to have been helped by someone with good knowledge to confirm that we were making the right purchase for us. We completed the purchase with delivery within a week at a price that we considered to be good value.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and shown a variety of different beds and mattresses that related to what we were looking for/specified. Yasmine was very patient with us and was willing to help us to check every measurement. She was very prompt and we did not have to wait for answers, she knew everything we wanted to know.
