Dreams - Walton on Thames

Yasmine was very helpful, asked what we need and helped us find it. She was discrete and gave us space when we needed to think about our purchase and at the same time available when we had a question. We were actually only looking for a mattress initially but in the end we also bought a bed and we are happy about it, so great up sell! Overall very good experience, we walked out the shop and celebrated our purchase :)

I had firstly visited your Feltham Branch this system was dealing with a customer so I said proceed to look around store found a bed I liked waited for this distant to finish with his customer after about 10 minutes a delivery turned up distant told him he would be half an hour I asked him if I had to wait half an hour he told me know 20 minutes that's why I had told in half an hour I thought we had even looked at me all the time I've been here he gives the other customer 40 minutes and I get 10 so I told him to forget it then when I got home I remembered you have a branch in Walton upon Thames so I popped to that branch and was greeted by Jade and a complete delight very helpful in a completely different atmosphere
