Yasmine at the Walton on Thames store was very helpful and efficient at dealing with my requirements. I did know what I was looking for having browsed the website but that doesn't take away from the excellent service I received. Having left the store I had a further query re delivery and when I called the store, the phone was answered promptly and my request dealt with efficiently.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and took the time to talk us through the products and answer our questions.

The showroom was light and spacious which made it easy to walk around and view the beds. The signage was clear and working out the final price was straightforward - there were no hidden costs or shocks later. Our assistant Yasmine was friendly and helpful without being pushy. She was knowledgeable about the product range and answered our questions readily. The bed will be delivered before Christmas as we had hoped.

In the brightly illuminated store, beds were arranged in ascending order of quality and price, fully explained by a friendly knowledgable salesman, who placed the order and delivery date promptly and efficiently, clarifying terms and conditions, adding a mattress protector plus a Tempur pillow with personal recommendation, finally carrying the takeway goods to our car. The computer display of the order with pricing was clear and efficient.

There are many mattresses to choose from, so a detailed explanaion of each one really helped. Charles was very friendly in a very helpful way. Thankyou.
